**1. Rental Period:**
– The rental period is between the date and time of vehicle pick-up and the date and time of vehicle drop- off as mentioned in the website booking form.
– Extension requests must be made at least **48 hours** before the end of the rental period.
**2. Rental Charges:**
– The total rental amount, including applicable taxes, must be paid in advance.
– Security deposit: ₹[3000 rs], refundable upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
– Late return charges: ₹[150 rs] per hour beyond the agreed rental period.
**3. Driver Requirements:**
– The renter must be at least **[18] years** old with a valid driving license.
– The driving license must have been valid for a minimum of **[18] years**.
– Only the registered driver is authorized to drive the vehicle.
**4. Vehicle Usage:**
– The vehicle is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, racing, towing, or illegal activities.
– Daily mileage limit: **unlimited km**. Excess mileage will not be charge extra.
– Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start.
**5. Insurance and Liability:**
– The vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance. However, damage due to negligence or violation of traffic laws is the responsibility of the renter.
– In case of an accident, the renter must inform the rental company and the police immediately. An FIR and accident report are required for insurance claims.
**6. Maintenance and Repairs:**
– Routine maintenance and servicing will be handled by the rental company.
– Any damage or repairs arising from misuse will be charged to the renter.
– The renter must ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition and report any issues promptly.
**7. Vehicle Return:**
– The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental, considering normal wear and tear.
– All original documents, keys, and accessories provided with the vehicle must be returned.
– Deductions for damages or missing items will be made from the security deposit.
**8. Cancellation and Refunds:**
-Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 days before the start date.
-Refund Policy:
For cancellations made 2 days before the start date, a full refund will be issued. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days
For cancellations made less than 1 day before the start date, a penalty of ₹500 will be deducted. For the remaining amount the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 business days
**9. Termination of Agreement:**
– The rental company reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund if the renter violates any of the terms and conditions.
**10. Dispute Resolution:**
– Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of **[Thane/Maharashtra]** courts.
**11. Intellectual property**
The content if the platform and the services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in it’s contents,
